Registry

Registry module allows recording incoming and outgoing documents of the organization, as well as internal ones; it also allows classification, distribution and their allocation to employees.

Both, management and the people interested in certain departments can easily track documents which enter and leave the organization, delegating the people who are responsible for these documents.

The application manages documents in a centralized manner, allows control records - including internal administrative document and highlights responsible, ensuring reduced time spent for searching and retrieving documents.

Functionalities:

  • provides documents registration in a structured mode and also their classification on category: addresses, applications, notes, notices, offers and so on; can be added electronic documents (files, scanned images);
  • ensures getting specific reports, so as to be a permanent control over documents for entry, exit and internal ones;
  • reduces costs of handling specific documents of the Registry;
  • allows a better control of incoming and outgoing documents by assigning a unique registration number in the organization;
  • the access to application is based on access rights and roles defined by the application administrator.
